The QX Infinity (QXI) series comprises outdoor PIRs and dual-technology sensors that offer a 120° wide and 12m (40ft) detection area, adjustable using the included masking strips. With a sleek and compact design, these QXI sensors are ideal for residential or commercial buildings, delivering dependable intrusion and motion detection that is tolerant to animals, triggering alarms for CCTV cameras or alarm panels. The wireless model in this series is known as QXI-R.
The QXI outdoor intrusion sensors offer flexibility in installation. They can be positioned at a high mount, ranging between 2.2 and 2.7m, creating a multi-level volumetric detection pattern that effectively disregards small animals. In environments where larger animals are present, the sensor can be installed at a lower height, between 0.8 and 1.2m, to establish a designated "pet alley."
