A wireless HD camera module with a 180° panoramic angle, the VXI-CMOD allows for visual confirmation of VX Infinity alarm activations in real time, day or night. Any of the current hardwired VXI models (VXI-ST, VXI-AM, and VXI-DAM) can have VXI-CMOD retrofitted onto them, fitting snugly on top. The camera module is triggered when the sensor detects an intruder; it captures the incident and notifies the associated mobile phone or phones via the "OPTEX Vision" app, allowing the owner or property caretaker to monitor the live view and take the necessary action.
